“I am doing a lot better than 1 1/2 months ago when my anxiety and panic attacks were really bad! My current medication, put on by my general doctor, wasn’t working. I was put back on Venlafaxine. It was my husband’s suggestion that I seek out additional help. This is when I Google searched and found great reviews on Bright Side. My mental health NP has been wonderful working with me to get my medication dosage at a level where it controls my anxiety and panic attacks. We’re almost to that point. I like the short videos and found a couple useful to me. The rest of them were just repetition for what I had taught in school for over twenty years but would be helpful to other people. I would like to see addition of motivation or help articles on dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. More tools. Overall, I am happy I found Bright Side!”
