They are to expensive for what they are, we only went with them as our sons wanted the football and these had a deal. Can't change package unless you lock in another contract. 30 days notice to cancel the contract, Can't wait to get rid of bt and definitely won't recommend them to anyone,

I wouldn't ever recommend this service to anyone of my friends or even foes . I was promised new BT box in tge post 3 weeks and never arrived. I also asked for TNT sports . They informed me that " I would be up and straight on Thursday . Then I were disappointed and contactedBT. They told me that " tge RNT sports will be linked on following Monday , still haven't received it . I ask for compensation and cancelled my sky entertainment package and no way have their TNT sports either. I'm discussed and got through to 3 different advisors and experienced at least one hour on phone listening to music. There is no communication with one another at VT so have to explain tge situation to each advisor you speak too. I could process and write out long story why I wouldn't recommend BT service . The verdict is " rubbish " .

Any chance bt can stop lying to me our business has been drastically affected by apparently a 'bt glitch' our phone and broadband switched off because bt made a mistake and thought we were £20 in debt? But infact we were in credit - I have spent 14 hours trying to sort this out, over 5 days been promised its a priority! but 5 days I'm getting bt's numurous departments telling me drastically different things also getting text and missed calls that do not allow you time to answer or are no reply. BT sort it out p.s. I'm going to sue because you bt are certainly not 'dedicated to your customers ' as I'm fed up listening to

Can do better..........trying to obtain some information from BT can be difficult as the 150 contact number does not work, the inside the UK tel number does not give you want 'information' options on the auto answer, and texting them gets you an 'auto bot' that does not provide info......so you end up reporting a fault, (when there is no fault) but you will eventually (40min) get an actual person to talk to, which will then get your info answered.

On moving to BT, my elderly, hard-of-hearing grandparent intended to retain our phone number, but this did not happen (whether through misunderstanding or miscommunication). We were only made aware of this months later when our original number was deprecated by our previous provider, and we contacted BT to inquire what was happening. We're now outside of the period BT would allow us to reclaim our original number. The problem is that BT did NOT notify us of the change of phone number. Had they done so, we would have been able to promptly rectify whatever issue led to not retaining our original number, and we would have been able to reclaim our original number within the allowed time period. The agents I've spoken to have been nothing but helpful, I cannot fault them and I understand there's nothing further they can do to help, but the failings of BT's processes have resulted in an easily avoidable issue and inconvenienced my elderly grandparent.

1 MONTH TO FIX A FAULT ON MY LINE AND A FURTHER MONTH TO WAIT FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME.BT IS MORE INTERESTED IN ITS POLICIES THAN ME AS A CUSTOMER. FOR A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IT HAS LIKE TRYING TO GET BLOOD OUT OF A STONE APPALLING FROM STArt to finnish

Sales team to push hard but that they job, But using new bt cloud voice just don't. if we pick up a call from different lines no way to see who called. the system is not very user-friendly and cannot be changed and we just told tough. We lost a lot of functions from our old Avaya system we still after 9 months can not our billing sorted even after a month of call e-mail and complaints bt just do not care at all about use. Just say away from bt. the system work to make call and click dail. we have 60 lines using Yealink. do not think I be using BT again after 15 years then never change.

I have just moved house all amenties were disconnected by a quick phone call same day apart from BT who have insisted on a months notice charge & then can not get an engineer out so the people moving into our house can not have their phone connected either. Really poor service from what is suppose to be the leading provider.

Bad broadband. Engineer booked. Got text to say he’d call in advance and NO CALL other than when he was outside my house! Not happy with product or service.

Cold calling via ResQ BT are using this company to offer alternative packages to customers. All very well, but I prefer a written offer, and do not take kindly to strangers demanding private information from me to prove who I am when they ring me and I have no idea who they are. I found out later that ResQ rang me, but they did not identify themselves, and the individual concerned (Josh: no second name, of course) was argumentative and somewhat aggressive. He did let me know that my contract has expired, however, so I can now move to another supplier.

Although I have not had an account for about 3 years, I recieved a letter to my address but with an unfamiliar name. Thinking this may be some scam - someone taking a phone contract for example - I rang BT. The call was answered by the Indian call centre staff (who were very polite) but sadly they really couldn`t understand what the problem was. (Indian call centres were the reason for leaving BT 3 years ago). I emailed the CEO - but they wouldn`t tell me why my address has been linked with someone elses name - just blaming the marketing dept. This is unnacceptable as your address allows companies to identify you and link you with your financial behaviour.

Due to a divorce, they made transferring the landline phone no. to my wifes name very difficult by providing the wrong information to both of us, and not being very helpful at all. While the matter has finally been resolved, I am not happy with BT, a company I've been with for over 20 years and never had a problem before with. However, I won't be using them again.

Please if you see this don't choose BT. Out of 1gbps firber speed i barely get 200mbps speed and that's not real. A game that works perfectly fine on my 4g phone hotspot doesn't work on their fiber. It constantly disconnects and has massive lag spikes. It's easier and cheaper to have a cheap phone make a constant hotspot in your house than using BT. Their internet is so bad it's actually worse than the 50mbps internet from sky i used to have 6 years ago. Not even tiktok loads on this garbage. Their customer service is non existent, when you make a complaint they "send out someone to fix it" it works for 2 days and back to being awful again. Never have I seen such a bad level of service.

6 weeks with no business land-line, as BT cut off our line by mistake, dealing with their call centre to try and resolve has been an excruciating experience as we're passed from one incompetent person to another. I AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT AS SOON AS I AM ABLE TO BT you literally are the worst company in the world to deal with
