Got to be hones, couldn't be faffed to change from the old expensive company, my friend did it in minute's plus we both got money rewards, I have cheaper gas and electricity !!!! so easy to give bulb actual meter readings monthly and keep more control. Love it. Nice that someone cares about the customer. Thanks Bulb.

Bulb were my supplier of gas and electricity at my old property and are the provider of electricity, which is all I have at the new property. Bulb have always been a really good provider for me and there for me when needed. I would highly recommend them.

Recently moved to Bulb Dual Fuel from BGas. Was pleased with the ease of transfer and, what I think is a better rate. The price increased just after we joined but so far no need for concern as other energy suppliers have raised their prices too. Hopefully we will still be better off with Bulb.

Only been with bulb for 3 months but no problems so far. Easy to send meter readings, change your monthly payment and easy to use phone app. Not been in contact with there customer services so cannot comment so hoping this company is better then my previous one’s I’ve been with.

I recently switched to Bulb as it offered a cheaper tariff and greener energy. I've been really impressed with their service, professionalism and particularly the way they communicate with customers: clear, honest, concise and prompt. Super impressive.
