I'm very happy with Bulb so far. Switching over to them was completely pain-free; their app is extremely informative and easy to use, and the £50 friend incentive is a great reason to join up. And, of course, their energy is cleaner so I can use them with a cleaner conscience.

No hassle switch over from my previous supplier. Bill is easy to understand. Only issue I have is that my smart meter which I had with OVO years ago was connected when I switched over, but it's now disconnected. Will have to contact Bulb to reconnect. But doing manual meter readings is very simple on their mobile app. Especially like the torch button for when I have to go under the stairs for the gas reading!

I used bulb in my flat in London and were absolutely fab! When I moved to Birmingham, the flat I was in was already supplied by Scottish power and was the worst experience ever. I am now back with bulb and happy as before. Satisfied customer.
