Browsing the compare sites for a better deal for our electricity, Bulb came as one of the top ones to look into further. We are pleased we chose them as the account we have with them is so simple to understand and also to administer. There is only one tariff and and as we can change suppliers at any time - should we be unsatisfied - with no charge to pay, we are not tied into a contract that runs for x number of months. We receive a bill every month with all the details we could possibly need and after being with them for about 3 months now we are more than happy with them. I had to ring them on one occasion with a query and found the staff very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have only been with bulb a couple of months but feel I am not getting taken advantage of financially like when I was with the big guns companies. I also appreciate the monthly update on usage so I know exactly what I owe instead of a big shock every three months.

Having worked in the energy industry, (Shell and Green star energy) I knew that Bulb provided excellent service to their customers, so I had to join them, and I have not been disappointed!

I have been with bulb for over 5 years and have been very happy with the service and the ease of the app to see what you have used and what you have spent. You also get updates if the price is going up and another change. Very pleased with everything.

Changed over from EDF as Bulb was cheaper in both unit price and standing charge. Wasn’t sure about having a monthly transfer to Bulb account as always had quarterly bill before but I send in a meter reading each month - get a reminder email from Bulb when it’s time to do this - and so my account is always up to date. My monthly bank transfer is accruing in the Bulb account so there is always enough to pay the bill but not too much over that I need to transfer any excess back. All in all delighted with the transfer so far.

Transferred to Bulb a few years ago for both my properties. Excellent customer service. Prices have recently gone up again, but not too much, so I will be staying with Bulb. It is good to be able to choose how much I want to pay monthly for my Direct Debit. They attend to any issues immediately. I recommend Bulb.

Switch was straight forward and on time.Connectable by phone which was answered promptly. Clear advice given.Monthly updates given in clear language 're usage.Would recommend

I’m very pleased to have switched. I am saving a lot of money and energy and I think I have made the right choice. If I’d stayed with my last energy company I would still be paying more. I am very happy.
