I have been with Bulb for two years plus and have really appreciated their service. The commitment to the lowest standard charge takes away all the fretting over transferring to the lowest providers every few months. Their Customer Service Team is second to none. Always at the end of a phone to give friendly service and advice. Their website is easy to navigate. The touches of wit give the service a homely touch. Throughout my time with Bulb I have felt valued as a customer and as a person. Well done Bulb you will be sorely missed. Oh, that more services were as good as yours.

I have found Bulb to be a good energy provider. There are flexible payments - which means you can vary your payments throughout the year and this really helps with budgeting.

It would be a tragedy if Bulb goes out of business. Their website and way of dealing with people is a breath of fresh air. They can be contacted and are always helpful unlike companies like BT who are impersonal and impossible to reach and to my mind are an example of how a company should not operate. Bulb should be SAVED. I rate them 5 i.e. very good.
