“Despite the difficulty in going into administration due to the pandemic and rising energy prices at source, Bulb staff remain customer service focussed, quick to reply (less than 3 hours on email) and understanding of our individual difficulties in these very challenging times. I really hope Bulb get through this unscathed as they are by far the best energy company I have dealt with in the last 22 years. Kind regards Viv”

“It is the easiest company I have been no hassle to increase payments when in credit like my old company did. I read my meter when due phone in which takes seconds to answer. Intakes no more than 2 minutes to give both readings, I have been 100 percent happy and would be devastated if they were to finish,”
