Customer service has been hit and miss since the administration had been declared. Sometimes long response times, sometimes no response at all- requiring further contacts with the given reason "The messages have not been getting to the appropriate staff". Most importantly though, the deal with gas and electricity has been satisfactory.

I have been with Bulb for many years and have never had a problem. Always quick to answer any questions even answered my e-mail the other day within minutes.

I have used numerous electricity companies and Bulb is singularly the best that I have ever dealt with. 😁 They are always friendly and helpful. They have one tariff and I don’t have to sign up to a contract. I want you to stay just as you are. πŸ˜πŸ’™πŸŒ»

Customer service is the worst!!! I was talking to a lady (unfortunately didn't ask her name on time) and after 15 minutes she hung up on me! Called again waiting a while before being connected to another lady who was so so rude! She could not find my name on the account when the previous lady found my name ok! I had to register myself again!? How is this possible?The lady was very unpolite and kept repeating the same thing over and over as if I had some problems understanding, I kept calm as I believe if they are rude you should just emphasise with them as they probably hate their jobs!I never experience such horrible customer service from an energy provider! I would consider changing to a different provider just for their horrible nasty customer service!

Good communication,and easy to understand .When l phoned with a problem, it was delt with quickly by a very pleasant and helpful person, who explained how the problem had happened, and reassured me that l nothing to be concerned about. Excellent service.

Bulb staff have always been courteous and helpful ever since my husband died, and they reorganised my account with the minimum of fuss. This was particularly helpful at a time when I needed all the help I could get. Thank you.

Bulb were a good company with green credentials and the administrators were ok until a recent billing issue which was resolved once I raised a complaint. I am pleased we are being moved over to Octopus I would have been furious if a none green company benefitted from my custom.
