Bulb offers fantastic customer service. I received a response almost immediately from their customer service team. Very rare indeed in this current climate. Only hope Octopus can match them. Thank you Bulb

I've been with Bulb for over 3 years and have found them a terrific company. Any time I've had questions or problems they were easy to contact via email, and answer questions or solve issues pretty quickly.

I would have said Very Good but my recent email, though it was answered quickly, didn't really deal with the problem. (I put it down to Octopus though, because Bulb have always been excellent)
