Service is discusting I moved in to my flat on the first of February my gas metre wouldn't work can't top it up they keep asking for photos and videos of the metre. It's been 17days and the gas metre still won't let me top it up I have no heating and no hot water but they just keep fobing me off. Can't wait to get it sorted then I am changing supplier 😡

I have enjoyed excellent customer service with Bulb. Knowledgeable friendly staff have always been able to answer my queries with great satisfaction. I do hope the new company can provide the same level of service.

All information is clear and concise and response time to questions is good. Cost of electricity is not an issue as I don't think there much difference between the main providers

Excellent, friendly and accessible customer service, unlike some of their competitors. Easy to use app, for meter readings and change of payment settings. Would recommend to anyone.

I used bulb for a few years and was happy. But that is because there were no issues to resolve. Now I have spent three months, six phone calls, and many emails to claim a overpayment refund. They are just not sending me the money by being, or pretending, to be useless. It is very annoying.

Got hit with a proposal to triple my monthly DD, I phoned and said this was not possible so had to fill out an Income/Expenditure proposal and then offered a miniscule reduction. Was asked to contact them to discuss and they have agreed to leave the payments as they are for a few months. I got the impression the caller spent all day long dealing with energy debt and the energy companies know they are going to have to recover the debts over extended periods, maybe years as this appalling govt aren't interested. The danger for them though without govt intervention is that their cashflow will be ruined and the energy cos will go bust leaving us with a nationalised energy industry by default.
