Absolutely flawless transfer to this supplier, eco friendly company and everything was very clear from the beginning, no hidden charges or shady tactics. Very satisfied customer.

Got to be hones, couldn't be faffed to change from the old expensive company, my friend did it in minute's plus we both got money rewards, I have cheaper gas and electricity !!!! so easy to give bulb actual meter readings monthly and keep more control. Love it. Nice that someone cares about the customer. Thanks Bulb.

I joined up with bulb only to receive an email a few weeks later telling me your prices was going up, so looking around for another company at present.

Hi Brian, Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry for the poor timing of this price change. We donโ€™t like increasing our prices, but because our tariff is low to reflect the true cost of energy, we have to change our prices when wholesale energy costs change. After these changes, a typical member will pay ยฃ1.33 more for their energy a week. Bulb were my supplier of gas and electricity at my old property and are the provider of electricity, which is all I have at the new property. Bulb have always been a really good provider for me and there for me when needed. I would highly recommend them.

Recently moved to Bulb Dual Fuel from BGas. Was pleased with the ease of transfer and, what I think is a better rate. The price increased just after we joined but so far no need for concern as other energy suppliers have raised their prices too. Hopefully we will still be better off with Bulb.

I was supposed to get a smart meter fitted which I havenโ€™t had, no one has been in touch to say why not very impressed

Only been with bulb for 3 months but no problems so far. Easy to send meter readings, change your monthly payment and easy to use phone app. Not been in contact with there customer services so cannot comment so hoping this company is better then my previous oneโ€™s Iโ€™ve been with.

I recently switched to Bulb as it offered a cheaper tariff and greener energy. I've been really impressed with their service, professionalism and particularly the way they communicate with customers: clear, honest, concise and prompt. Super impressive.
