“We are with Bulb already for years because we like them. Good communication, intuitive app, and easy to follow yr use and adjust the monthly payments. A pity their business model didn't fit the market. Worry what the future will bring for us.”

“I was worried when Bulb went into administration but I needn't have worried and I will continue to use them. They offer goof value in these trying times and great communication too. If I want to change anything in my account it's simply a few clicks away, no fuss, no hard sell by Bulb either they are on our level! I do hope they can continue in the current form and wish all the people working for them at the moment all the best, thank you.”

“Love Bulb, after previously only ever using the most expensive company , I was pleasantly surprised. The tariff costs are less, the app is great , you can input the amount directly only app which you want to pay for DD and this is great as I don’t want to overpay as my usage is minimal. Plus it is so easy to get through to a real life human, as opposed to many options and call waiting and drop calls. I would recommend bulb!”
