Love the emailed reminder to send a meter reading a few days before monthly bill is due…all so easy. Great app and website and always helpful and informative service.

We have always received a very professional, service from Bulb. We're, in the prosess of switching our Gas supply to Bulb to. Over the past years, we have never been with an energy-supplier, as efficient, helpful & responsible, as Bulb is. Thank you Bulb, for your heard work & commitment to your customers.

Bulb refunded my over payment in less than 24 hours…please do not change your provider.. staff provide fantastic customer care.. incredible..cannot fault them..

My experience of being suppied with electricity by Bulb is absolutely positive. I have been kept informed of the changes that have been taking place recently, and I have found their website to be first class. The process has been completely trouble free from the beginning. A well managed company in my opinion.
