Bulb have always been a decent supplier. They’ve had their troubles but hopefully have weathered the storm that has seen off many suppliers. They responded quickly to my query, the app is great and accessible. My account is easy to manage, which is perfect!

Excellent and efficent service when I moved in and had to change my supplier unlike SSE who were no help at all. It's easy to see my account and follow my outgoings.

Have recently had to register energy accounts in our names at our rental property. Bulb always answer the phone or respond to emails quickly and are very helpful. One gripe I have is that we are still waiting for our October £66 energy voucher although that may be due to circumstances out of their control.
