Very poor customer support and product quality

I have bought from Bunaai before and I had a good experience in terms of prompt customer service and quality of the outfit. However, this time, I was very very disappointed. When I initially enquired about the outfit, they said they have it in stock and as soon as I will do a payment, they will ship it ASAP. I have been very frustrated with their customer service ever since I made my payment. First of all, once I made my payment, even after few days I was not issued a tracking number. The team emailed and advised me that I will be notified through a text message, but that never happened. I kept emailing them and messaged on on their Instagram page and was told to call on the company number. I tried so many times, even today but the phone is switched off. I was emailed my tracking number day ago. I received my outfit yesterday and the outfit is stitched nicely but not to size S that I ordered. The pants size is alright but the top is so tight! So tight that my shoulder is uncomfortably tight which makes the neckline look so stretched! The bust, chest and waist area is so tight too! Now later when I took off the top, I saw that on the underside of the top that is the lining, it was labeled XS with a white chalk which I suppose the tailor marked obviously when stitching. Im so glad I just noticed it because that’s how I figured that they cheated me and sold me XS outfit to me by stitching an ‘S’ tag on it. Now, because I have bought from Bunaai in 2016, I can literally compare the sizing of my old outfits (S) to this outfit they cheated me with (XS). The size is noticeably different. I tried calling them many times but their phone is switched off. I sent them an email but they didn’t reply. The good thing about messaging them on Instagram is that you can see that they have “seen” the message. On IG they told me to email them the complaint to their email address! In their reply, they said that they do quality check from their side, they don’t exchange sizes for international orders with no remorsefulness in their apology. This company is so unprofessional! Greedy for quick payment! Worst customer service! Does not issue tracking details on time! And sends the wrong size of outfit, yet claiming that they do quality check before shipping!

Stitching quality is so poor that the product is not even worth of 399 And I paid 1999.and after that it cannot be changed on returned

Worst sickening customer experience Bad Quality material - I received crepe while the product was mentioned as "cotton" ! Please beware when you order !

Awful service! Never seen worse customer service!They are so self-justifying and absolutely no help reaching out! Beware when you make an order ! Product Quality is not great either.

i ordered two dresses one month back, of which one dress i received few days back and second one after continuous follows from my end now they are saying they cancelled my order due to manufacturing defect and also they are short of fabric now. I mean what type of services is this. First they are least bothered about the updation and secondly they are not aware about the availability of fabric or material in there stock. very very upset.Ridiculous services and very unprofessional behavior. Think 10 times before placing an order because they dont respect there clients sentiments and can ditch you anytime.

I ordered a dress about 6 months back which never arrived and now recently before a month or more i ordered 2 dress out of which one came up after almost 20 days of placing the order with absolute size issues! The size guide is ridiculous. And coming to the second dress which hasnt arrived yet! Pathetic material quality, fitting issues and the return policy is worst! Do not waste your money and time buying things from Bunaai.

First of all, measurement matric not up to the mark. Fabric is not as mentioned in the specification. Fitting and stitching not as per the price charged. Last ,their return policy is PATHETIC. I have ordered first and the last time and learnt from this mistake

The quality of fabric is very bad. Stitching is even worse. On the website description it's given as muga silk , actually it’s not, it some very very cheap fabric. Beware !!!!

They sent the product after 1 month .cutting of dress was not proper and they refused to change the size .. Size were not standard. Very disappointed

8th April,2019 Bunaai has pathetic customer service. I ordered M size Kurta-Pants set and received M size kurta but pants were of size XS. After following up with them through multiple platforms (phone call, watsapp, mail), they agreed to change the size. Though it was a mistake from their side that they shipped the wrong size, they had no regrets and said they don't have pick-up facility and asked me to ship the product. They promised that they would refund the shipping cost. I had to ship the kurta-pants set back to them and later they said they could refund only 200 Rs because that's their policy!!! and I had to bear rest of the shipping cost also. It was their mistake that they shipped the wrong size and they didn't do anything to correct it. Not recommending Bunaai to anyone!

The dress looked very nice in photo on site, but when the dress arrived it's not worth that money at all. The quality is very poor. I could have got the same dress dirt cheap in DMART or any other stores. If u going for this range better buy from Global desi or AND.

They are definitely the worst e-commerce company.. Their delivery is pathetic.. I almost thought I will not receive the product but sadly I received it.. The quality of fabric is so poor.. The kurta was priced 2200 but is not worth 500 also.. Not to mention they have major sizing issue.. There is no refund or replacement policy... Even though I ordered product which is not on sale they denied replacement... Worst experience ever.. DO not ever buy stuffs from they.. they are cheaters..

I ordered my dress and didn't get a purchase receipt or order number a massage or anything. I started calling numbers which were never answered or available. I wrote emails and whats app....which generates automated answers..... I wanted to have this dress by 20thmarch which was 10 days prior to purchase. someone answered after 7days of purchase and i got my order number then. i did not get my dress on time at all even when i was ready to pay overnight charges because of their ignorance to my purchase and not answering the client. I had to buy a new outfit to wear for the day. i am totally disappointed with the way they handle after sales. or to be true not handling the client at all.

Quality of fabric is very cheap as compared to the price they are charging. Their website shows the items are available however when you place and order and pay after that you get to know they are still getting it ready and will not be delivered within the mentioned time!! Poor customer service as nobody replies to emails. When I sent a message on Instagram page complaining that I have not received my order that’s when someone replied “it will be dispatched today” no apologies no acknowledgement of the issue! Even after all this I have only received one item! There’s no reply on insta page since then... they have zero coordination with courier company as I’m receiving emails that both items were delivered whereas I have only received one! Sizes are also not as mentioned on website, I ordered for large and have got one which is way smaller than a ‘L’ Please save your time and money and do not order from them!

Officially the worst brand I have ever ordered from ! They NEVER deliver on time and don’t even bother to inform if a product is extremely delayed or out of stock ! The staff is so rude ... they don’t even apologise ... so disappointed I have no words !
