“Bunnai has one of the worst delivery process, they donot have logistic tools , never follow any timelines, never provide any information to the customer. if you are lucky enough , you may get your ordered product in a month or two, otherwise just forget you product.”

“This was my first experience with bunaai and all I can say is that they have zero customer service. First of all the dress doesn't resembles as it is shown in pictures and secondly when I wanted to return the product before 7 days as the given time and dropped a mail to them, they just reverted back to know what was the issue and later there was no response from them. “I would not even give that one star, but this store is run by a bunch of unprofessionals who want to be in the market showing fancy stuff, but don't really know how to cater to customer requirements. I hve placed an order on August 02 and not received it yet, on Aug 28. After 10 days, they said they will ship in 4 days, after that they mentioned the dress is under production, and now no response when I am asking to cancel the order and refund. I don't quite understand the logic of taking customer's money when you don't have the product available. A warning to all potential buyers, their customer care is the worst, with the phone being always busy and delayed responses on email and messenger. Theie return aand refund policies are not comfortable compared with the care the big stores offer. It seems that they only interested in taking money from the customer, but not easing out things in return. I m not sure i have lost my money becuse there is no delivery since a month”
