“I have bought products on the site a few times but when I ordered this time they were short one deodorant but didn’t advise me the order was held up until I emailed them. Otherwise I can’t complain about the service and I would use them again.”
“I ordered a white jug to go with our brand new white kitchen, but received a grey one instead. I replied to an email sent to me about my order to say you’d sent me the wrong one, but I received no response. I was pretty desperate for filtered water after our previous jug broke and since I got no response I decided to use it anyway. I must say it’s a big improvement on the previous model which didn’t pour well and didn’t hold as much water. I love the new version but was disappointed with receiving the wrong colour and the lack of response to my email.
17/4/18 As an update I was sent replacement parts so I was able to transform most of the grey parts into white as per my original order, so I was very pleased that they made right their mistake. I am now really happy with my purchase as this jug is a huge improvement on the previous model.”
“I was happy with the products I purchased from Buy Organics Online, but not with the delivery service from Fastway Couriers. Instead of delivering the parcel on Friday morning, it seemed to get lost, disappeared from their tracking website, then re-appeared and was shown as delivered when it had not been. I spoke to the Courier when he came to deliver it on Monday morning, but it was not on board his van. Thankfullly, it finally appeared on my doorstep at 10 pm Monday!”

“I used to buy the Mediterranean Bliss shampoo and conditioner by Biologika in a 500 ml bottle from a organic shop nearby to me. I was unhappy with the company and knew I wanted the product, so getting a 1 litre bottle for shampoo and conditioner online is much better value and far more convenient for me now.
The organic shop did not sell the product in a 1 litre bottle either!”
