“I ordered some protein powder on 23/11/18, it was shipped on 28/11/18, it arrived 10/12/18. Paying $14.50 for postage to take 2 weeks to travel 4 suburbs is the reason i’ll never order from this company again. I get items shipped from international sellers in less time.”

Thanks for the feedback. Firstly, we are sorry for the extended delay and any inconvenience in receiving your order. Delivery was very slow.
Although you are only 40 min drive away from us, Aust Post directed the parcel through multiple delivery centres in order to get to your location. Once the parcel leaves us we have no control over how long it takes to reach you. Your location is classified as Vic Country so it's the most remote zone serviced by Aust Post in Victoria and most expensive for us to send to. It was the only delivery option we had available.
