“The process of ordering was simple although locating the products I wanted took some navigation and I had to restart when searching for similar product with different "flavour".
The discount code that popped up during the process was unable to be entered (invalid?). The check out was otherwise simple and the confirmation of the Order was received fairly well soon after. The products took 18 days to arrive but was understandable given the obvious and well publicised delay issues with postal service at present. Products arrived securely packaged and undamaged. The tracking process was accurate.”
