Thanks Elyse for the review. When you replied advising there was an issue it was 10:22pm on Friday 22nd December when all staff were on Xmas break. We did reply on Jan 1st apologising and that we would resolve ASAP. We since express posted the correct product to you and provided you with a $10 store credit for the headache
“I have used you before and had problems with your system refusing to allow me to proceed to finalise the order as a regular client, so have sourced the items elsewhere since then.
I tried again a few weeks ago as a casual client and had the same problem with using Paypal at the checkout. I persisted and paid using a different method which I dislike so are unlikely to use you again, despite the product arriving safely and promptly and at a competitive price.”
