“Problem occurred with first system - 1 email to highlight the issue resulted in overnight response and promise to replace. Replacement as promised 2 days later. Can't fault the customer service. Thanks guys- helped with giving me much needed down time in between shifts facing covid 19.”

“Very fast efficient service, considering the current circumstances. The soundmaster ir4400 internet radio is a nice piece of kit. For a very good price, you get all the latest audio technology. The unit is well made, looks good and for its size has very good stereo sound. The price was half that I paid for my other Roberts radio, with very little difference in sound or technology. Would definitely use Buy Clever Stuff again.”

“Website easy to navigate and read, good product information and easy process to buy. Hi-Fi arrived super quick even during these difficult times. We are very happy with the Hi-Fi and played a record that hasn't been played in around two decades, which made mum very happy on her birthday.”

“Ordered a soundmaster hi-fi stacking system on Monday 20th arrived Wednesdy 22nd ,a great product with easy to follow instructions, but found the dab radio took time to set up and still getting used to the remote to change the saved stations.The sound is excellent from radio/tapes/Cd's have not tried the UCB port or turntable yet. overall great value.”

“I ordered a Soundmaster Hifi system during the 2nd week of the Covid-19 lockdown. I expected I would have to wait several days for delivery, but was amazed to receive it less than 24 hours from ordering. Excellent service by everyone involved. The system is excellent and is helping pass the time not leaving the house.”

“Am so pleased with my Soundmaster SCD7900 radio/CD/tape which was delivered promptly. It looks so elegant in glossy white finish. The setting up took me a little while to fathom but then I am an octogenarian! The sound is lovely. The voucher included for Naked Wines is most acceptable but they have a high demand at present and not taking any new orders!”
