“Received the pack and was impressed at how simple it would be to install..... but that when I found my problem. the radio powered up ok but nothing more happened. I.followed instructions and after 40 minutes of rewiring it again looking for a fault I realised the remote had a spent battery. I had to go out to a local shop and buy another at £5 cost. I was not amused that had to shop in hope it was just a battery fault.”

Dear Alastair Duncanson, I'm are very sorry to learn that your KB Sound Basic Ceiling Radio had a faulty / depleted battery, this is very rare and if you had of contacted us we would have been happy to send a replacement battery in the post. I hope that you are happy with your product now that you have replaced the battery, as I gesture of goodwill I will arrange a 5% refund to go back to your original payment method.
