“Bought Soundmaster High Line kitchen radio UR2170SI. Overall very pleased with product and service. Service brilliant but I feel radio is let down slightly by the remote control, Silver cover with functions printed on came off so had to glue it on. Also radio, if accidentally pulled, will fall off mounting. Radio very good quality with good speakers and easy to set up and use.”

“Firstly, great product and was better than I expected it to be. The order process was very simple and BCS called me twice to review a couple of points that I'd requested.
