“Love it! Need to make sure you have space for the sound to travel well, or it can sound a bit odd. Looks good, easy to fit and set up. Only ‘ugly’ thing is the UK plug attached to the continental 2-pin one. Shame the European one could not have been removed and replaced with a 3-pin for UK customers. We definitely needed the aerial booster as the DAB has a crackle without it. Handy to have the Bluetooth option and the remote.”

Thank you for your feedback - we very much appreciate your time in sending it to us! Unfortunately where we stand with our soundmaster® products is that we have tried to negotiate with Germany over the ability to have solely a UK 3-pin plug fitted, but despite our ever-improved sales, it does seem we get pushed back to allow this to happen, therefore we do have to attach a UK converter. Over the years we have developed from large chunky ones, to those that are easier to fit, and are slimmer for use. We will of course take your feedback on board and further request changes with our supplier. Kind regards BuyCleverStuff
