“Delivery was very quick and efficient and unfortunately the product was faulty but a quick phone call to arrange pick up and delivery of a new item all sorted and new product arrived within a couple of days. Outstanding customer service other companies could learn a thing or two from buycleverstuff. Will definitely buy from here again.”

“I'd spent days looking for my DAB radio/Bluetooth mirror for the bathroom with no success. I happened upon "buy Clever Stuff" online & although it wasn't a bathroom supplier I gave it a go. 5 mins later I was on the phone with a lovely chap (whose name I no longer remember sadly) who informed me that the very mirror I'd spent days hunting for was in stock. I had it 24 hours later & finally 2 months later it is hanging in my bathroom.”

“After problems with my original purchase, I ended up buying a different item (AV:Link Rechargeable DAB+ Radio with Bluetooth, which is very good) and getting a refund on the first one. The customer service throughout was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend them to friends.”

“Great communication, and fast delivery. Customer service is exemplary. Purchased aTenor Audio Mirror - Great sized functional LED lit mirror giving fanatastic sound on DAB, FM Radio, and Bluetooth Stream. It also has the benefit of an integral digital clock, LED side lighting, and remote or local control options. I installed ours fully recessed, with ceiling mounted speaker and loft antenna. We are really pleased with the unit. The only problem being is that you may have difficulty getting teenagers out of the bathroom !!”

“I received excellent customer service from this company. Believing I had actually purchased from them, they took it upon themselves to resolve my problem, I was so impressed, when I was reimbursed from the actual company I did purchase from, I made a duplicate purchase from these.
