“I have only one complaint and that is with the manual that the comes with the product. It is sparse with information, for example; once the presents are set up it does not tell you how to select them afterwards . I tried by pressing "preset" first then "+" or "-" but that stores the current receiving station on the next available preset. Can you help?”

“Hi, answered the phone straight the way when ordering, I spoke to a person not a machine, the cd player was the cheapest I could find, I ordered the cd player in the afternoon and it was delivered free 9.30 the following morning, they even supplied the plug adaptor free, excellent service.”

“Purchased a Sovos 15" Kitchen TV which was delivered promptly as promised; it was just a pity the courier was unpleasant! I drilled the holes using my own template, then fitted it with aid of a car jack and a block of wood, and it works fine. The only problem experienced so far is having to be so square on to the screen to view it (why so bad, Sovos?), but a previous reviewer had prepared me for this. Many thanks BCS!”

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent SOVOS 15" Kitchen TV purchase at BuyCleverStuff. I'm very sorry to hear about the attitude of the driver from the UK Mail Basildon depot, this has already been raised internally. With regards to the viewing angle, this can be a problem on all smaller screens likes the one found in the 15" SOVOS Kitchen TV, however adjusting to vivid screen settings helps to overcome this. “I wanted a kitchen tv that was unfortunately out of stock. I telephoned to ask a few questions, i found the staff's knowlage of their products was really good. I asked for an email when stock arrived and true to their word they emailed me. I ordered the product, it arrived speedily, and it is a fabulous product. I would defiantly recommend this company the staff are pleasant and knowlagable and their products are excellent.”

“Having spent a lot of money having our bathroom done, this was something we debated spending MORE money on it but it was so worth it. We've got the main bit in the bedroom and two further speakers in the bathroom for uninterrupted listening in the morning - no more losing vital bits of news or, worse, transferring between DAB in the bedroom and the crackly FM shower radio and either hearing bits twice or missing 10 seconds. Love it, love it, love it - highly recommended.”

“Model KB Sound 5" with iPhone Dock. Very easy to buy and delivered quickly. The instructions could be slightly clearer but a phone call quickly clarified my issues. Installation went well, about an hour, use an inline 3 amp fuse for power source - only 10watts apparently. The remote control is a bit of a guess and press. Instructions don't go deep enough to explain full operation. Reasonably self explanatory though. The sound is very good from the 2 x 5" speakers and bass / treb better than expected. The range of the remote is very good, doesn't need a direct line of sight. The iPhone Dock works but if u have a protective case on yor mob you'll have to take it off to make yor mob seat properly. Great idea though as u can keep yor mob out of the humid bathroom and still access yor music library using KB remote. Thought all in all a bit pricey but very pleased with quality and sound. Would recommend to anyone. Gary. Devon.”
