“I have found Bygge Bo very good to deal with both before and after purchase. Unfortunately the buggy I received, together with replacement chassis were marked. This was very disappointing as I was so looking forward to starting to use my buggy straight away. However the Bygge Bo team have been extremely responsive in trying to get this matter resolved for me as quickly as possible and I very much appreciate that so I could not fault the customer service I have received. Bygge Bo were also great to deal with before I purchased my buggy, answering all my questions clearly and thoroughly.”

Very poor customer service, I made contact before placing an order to check stock was readily available before I proceeded, staff confirmed the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2/3 days, I placed my order (9th February) and still have not received it. I was also provided with misleading information regarding my delivery on a number occasions which is just not good enough. I was again advised today the item had been dispatch and should arrive Monday but I was told this before. Will not be ordering again.”
“Not very communicative around customer care. I've received a damaged product and I can't tell if they are looking after me (or not). No reply to my emails to confirm how the matter is being handled. phone number does not answer. Sadly would not recommend.”
