Extremaly poor online customer service. I purchesed €500 worth of products from them, stated 2-3 days delivery available. I got an email after purchase that its only a pre- order and wont be available until 3-4 weeks. After that time i heard nothing from them again. I had to email them and recieved very short answer that it was dispached with dpd. After another week and another email i recieved no reply , just a note from dpd that it was dispatched the next day. It looks like they forgot to send it and once i reminded them it only happened then. Didnt even bother to reply to me. My very first and last purchase from them!

Ordered a stokke high chair for collection in the Navan store. On day of pick up I couldn’t find the shop because it is a completely unmarked premises. There was no answer from the phone number attached to the store. I rang the branch in BSQ who gave me directions. On collection, I was told the item I had ordered wasn’t available because of a online discrepancy. Overall, the products I ordered are great but are not unique to byggebo. Would not recommend using this shop

Terrible experience so far - and product hasn’t arrived. We told it would be 2-3 day delivery. It has now been over 5 business days. I have tried to contact via phone on website, email and online portal. No one answering, no one replying. Terrible service. We also need the product urgently and went with this company due to their delivery time, never again.

Terrible service. 7 weeks from date of order to receiving the goods we paid for. No communication or updates on the order, unless initiated by myself. Will never purchase from Byggebo again and have also advised family and friends of our terrible experience.

Truely dreadful customer service. Byggebo took my money delivered me a damaged product, it was late, and refuse to refund me even though they can't even respond in a timely manner to my request for a refund. Instead they send me infrequent emails requesting photographs and keep referring me to policies. Stressful. Expensive. Unreliable. Incapable of upholding their end brand promise. I will be sharing this review on line to earn other potential victims.

An item that I purchased from byggebo.com was never delivered! I’m in contact with their customer service team but I’m very unhappy with the way they are handling my complaint: they are slow and not efficient in their replies. I have no idea when will I receive the missing item that I paid for.

We still haven’t received the order for the chair that we ordered before Christmas even though we were promised that it will be delivered on time. The chair contains baby insert which is for use of up to 6 months which is obviously time critical given that our baby is almost 3 months already. The team is unable to provide us any timeframe for delivery as well as not calling back with information when promised. This behaviour is unacceptable for a reputable shop.

My experience has been appalling even that does not adequately capture the frustration and stress I have endured over a simple but rather expensive purchase. Byggebo is marketed as a supplier of luxury baby goods with price tags to match its just a shame the customer service lets it down so massively. I have been chasing an order since November 22nd which cost in the region of €500. I have emailed I have called I have been patient and now I am disgusted to find that while the order has finally arrived it is incorrect and missing parts. I have had to order said missing parts from Bella Baby who have been most helpful and sympathetic to my plight as I could not make contact with either store regardless of repeated attempts. This review may be the only way any light gets shone on my seemingly impossibly tricky order of two items. But I expect that my issues are addressed and I am compensated for the extra charges I have incurred in order to secure the required parts from Bella baby. This has been a joke from start to finish.

Honestly I was really disappointed with how long I had to wait for the trip trapp. I was told 3 working days and it took 26days. Won't be using you guys again. Misleading

I received my order promptly but one item was missing. I have contacted customer care about this and received a reply but still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Really poor service - both orders I placed had issues with items being out of stock despite letting me place the order. Still waiting on items I ordered several weeks ago. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi! Not a great experience, I first bought an ex display chair, which in the end was not available. I had to call back to get the credit sorted (I waited a day to receive the call) I ended up purchasing a new chair also with you (I really need it) and it has been a week and I have yet not received it.

My experience with Bygge Bo is not so great, unfortunatelly. When I made an order, there was no mention of possible delivery delays. First part of my order was delivered after 4 weeks, but I had to wait for the rest to come for another 4-5 weeks. My due date was approaching and I had to contact Support Team to check the status of my delivery (the car seat was the issue as it is mandatory when leaving the hospital with a newborn). I was told that it won’t be delivered before September and they offered me a car seat on loan, which I accepted. But, never got that car seat, so had to loan some from my friend. The car seat was finally delivered last week. I don’t have plans to make any purchase from this store again. Thank you.

Delivery took 2 weeks,instead of 7-10 days. Babyzen bassinet,arrived with missing parts,was no adapters) took extra 5 days to sort out that and get missing parts delivered to me. I made payment 7th July,and only today 29th July Im able to use pushchair.

Order placed in may received it eventually in July order wasn’t complete as there was no rain cover in stock after it was paid for plus what I ordered was damaged so was discounted at 20% which just wasn’t good enough after that amount of wait time.

I was very happy with both products that I purchased but was very disappointed with the customer service. One product had a 3 week lead time which was kindly emailed to me. However, when nothing arrived after 3 weeks, there was no communication from customer service to update me on when I would receive this product. Each time I wanted an update, I needed to make contact. In the end, I was over 2 months waiting for delivery.
