i ordered a baby bed and dresser in december and was told january which was fine but only the dresser came in january and now it is feb 6 and the bed has not arrived -

I ordered the Stokke Tripp Trapp chair and accessories on the 27th Nov and expected to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery while stocks were replenished, as advertised. If something is promised within a certain time then I expect it to be delivered. It should have arrived by 18th December and it wasn’t dispatched until 3rd January. The box it arrived in was also very flimsy and it was only luck that nothing was damaged.

The delivery was quick. But there is a problem with the delivery which is 1 of the item missing. Called, emailed to ask for assistance and refund, and no response. Please help me!

Hi Amanda I purchased a baby sleep bag from you last week which when arrived there was a security tag on it ! I emailed and texted you you asked whether I could go drive over to Sandyford for a replacement ! I live in Marino ! Or if I could go to another shop for them to take it off which fortunately after visiting three shops it was done for me … also your token for the inconvenience was a 10.00 gift voucher !(: I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service

Hi Amanda and team, I am sorry to say that I did not have a good experience online shopping online with byggebo.com. One of the products I had ordered and paid for was out of stock and the committed order could not be filled. The second product in this same order arrived as the incorrect but similar product which cost half the price of what I paid for and was expecting. The was very inconvenient as I needed this product by a certain date as I was due to travel with it. I drove from Galway to Dublin to make the swap for the correct product. The staff in the shop in Sandyford were very nice to deal with and apologised for this error.

The pram EVENTUALLY arrived and product was as described, but it took a LOT of chasing. Chose Bygge Bo over cheaper alternatives because they claimed to have the product and colour in stock. Got immediate confirmation etc. Then, silence. After multiple emails, over a month of waiting and constant chasing, bingo - a delivery. However, the arrogance, lack of customer service and general refusal to accept their obligations was the stuff that sitcoms are made of. They eventually offered a pathetic store credit, but well short of the difference between their pricing and that of their more honest competitors.

The bed we've ordered for our baby is perfect, only took the delivery way too long, almost 2 months for delivery to Belgium. It's a pity, caused us some stress.

Was sent the wrong item, had to arrange pick up with DPD, heard nothing else and rather than customer service emailing me directly they CC’ed me on a thread where they seemed to be arguing with the delivery company. I then had to follow up to ensure that the correct travel cot arrived. I felt like customer service were really cold throughout. Fast delivery initially but was not what I had ordered! Took two weeks for the cot that I had ordered to get here.

I had orders a footmuff in the beginning October, which came back into stock in Dec. I saw this on their website back in stock and delivery within 2 days(it was last Christmas orders) although I ordered a black one; I had to settle for a blue one after multiple calls and chasing (even though the black one had come back in, but it seems my order wasn’t honored and people who ordered in Dec got it instead). I will say though that their customer service ladies were very professional and polite! I think something went wrong with their orders

I recently ordered my second Tripp Trapp from ByggeBo. I ordered the first one in April for my own daughter and received the wrong colour chair. I decided to give ByggeBo a second go and ordered a second Tripp Trapp as a gift for my nephew. My order was placed on 28th of September and wasn't fully filled until the 9th of November. Both times I found the customer service to be a bit lacking - with my most recent order I was assured on a number of occasions that the remaining items in my order would ship within a few days only for them not to show up, with no follow up from ByggeBo until the next contact promising delivery would be made.

Hi! Not a great experience, I first bought an ex display chair, which in the end was not available. I had to call back to get the credit sorted (I waited a day to receive the call) I ended up purchasing a new chair also with you (I really need it) and it has been a week and I have yet not received it.

It took weeks to send the order with no updates. If I knew it would take this long I would have ordered the item from somewhere else

Hi I recently made two orders for which I never received any confirmation email so I had to contact your customer services. They assured me my orders had gone through and I then waited nearly three weeks for my order which when it arrived was missing an item. I then emailed again and they got to the bottom of it and said it would be with me soon it arrived today a month after my first order was placed but I’m still missing my yoyo coffee cup and again I haven’t heard anything. That order was placed on April 6th. To be honest when dealing with your customer services they are very polite and helpful but my whole experience has been abit of a mess. Missing items, long delays, no emails from you to say anything about confirmation of order shipping etc and as I said I’m still without my last bit of my order. I spent rather a lot with you but it has put me off returning to your website. Kind regards Rachel

I had such a lovely experience with the team whether in person or on the phone - all staff are so so lovely and knowledgeable - so I really was happy with that! Unfortunately as you know we had significant delays with our babyzen bundle order. I completely know and understand that it was a babyzen issue and this was very frustrating for your team also. However, what was really disappointing was the lack of communication about what was happening. No one once called me about the delays - like not once was I called ever. I always had to call to ask what was going on. People said they'd call back on certain dates to update me and never did. It is stressful at 8 months pregnant to have to keep remembering to call and followup. When it came to additional and quite a lot of more ordering of other baby items since these delay issues started, I was hesitant to order from bygge bo again. If there was good communication while all these delays were happening I would have ordered through you no problem - however I ended up ordering elsewhere. I do love the team and your range and wish you every success - I thought it is important to give this honest feedback to help this not happen with future new customers! All the best, Cathy

I bought Stokke high chair but I’ve got faulty product. So I email to customer service on Thursday which is the date I got the chair. But still I didn’t get any answer from customer service team until today(Tuesday). Please check and contact me.
