“I went to get advises to buy my first monopod and tripod. I was served by Yep, very kind and knowledgable. He was able to give me the best advises for my needs. Showed me and demonstrated both monopod and tripod and also gave me advise on which head to get. I bought the monopod from Manfrotto and a UV filter and will come back when i need to get the tripod. I'll come and definitely ask for him again in the future.”

“I came to the Manchester branch hoping to get my camera repaired but wasn't too optimistic. The young man I spoke to was extremely helpfull and although he could have blinded me with science he didn't. I bought a new Fuji digital which I am very pleased with.”

“Bought a Sun Sniper Pro II strap from the Drummond Street branch. Despite reviews I had seen about the staff being unhelpful, the guy who served me was pleasant and really helpful. This is the main branch and it can get busy and I normally do my shopping online but wanted to see the branch and it was a positive experience for me.”

“The salesperson went out of his way to advise and help in the choice of camera and lenses and the best sd and cf cards to use. He also spent 20 minutes going through camera bags and inserts before advising me not to buy any that they had in stock as none were suitable for my requirements. Overall the best service I have had for many years. I will be using be making Calumet my first choice of dealer in the future”

“Have ordered several items from this company, The quality of the goods being excellent, The items arrived very quickly and well packaged (if not too well packaged) estimated delivery times being bang on each time. I will be using them again and would honestly recomend them to anyone seeking quality and service. 10/10 keep up the good work!!”

“I was waiting for a Calumet Rolling Case - the smaller of the two - which was 'out of stock but accepting orders'. I'd ordered online on the advice of a member of staff at the Drummond Street store, who helpfully pointed out that the waiting list might exceed the number of cases when they arrived and I didn't want to be last on the list. When the cases were still showing as out of stock after the expected delivery date I dropped Calumet a note asking if they had an ETA. They explained there had been a batch rejected on quality control grounds and there would be a further delay. When I said I would be needing the bag very soon, they made me 'an offer I couldn't refuse' on the bigger case that I won't quote here. Problem solved. The bigger case is a bit of a monster - will hold so much more than I would usually need to pack - but that's better than not holding enough. I was more than satisfied with the level of personal service and willingness to solve my problem. Calumet won't be losing this customer any time soon.”
