“Very helpful postal service over the telephone from Drummond St, London and Birmingham. Knowledgeable staff. Orders well packed. Delivering company courteous. Despatch and arrival prompt. All round impressive.”

“Our Company have been dealing with calumet for many years and I can honestly say the staff in the Belfast store are now the most efficient, helpful and informative group of employees I have came across in over thirty years. Special recommendation to Kelly and Angus. Due to their own customer relations I intend to remain a devoted customer due to the service I receive.”

“Friendly and experienced staff who do not push anything that they sell but have the knowledge to enable a customer decide on what is best for them in their occupation or hobby. Time is the customers no matter how long that takes and the staff stay on hand to answer questions or offer professional advice until the customer decides what they want or not as the case may be. Their service, attitude and knowledge blows the pants off a few other places I could mention.”
