“Fast delivery and packaging was great. Order was placed 1pm on Monday and item arrived 11am Tuesday! Excellent customer service!”

“I purchased a ball head, but when it arrived I realised it was too big for use with my monopod and the thread size was too big - all my fault for not checking. I was easily able to find the next size down and an adapter for the mount. Calumet were very helpful and credited in full (apart from the return postage of course) and my replacement order arrived next day.”

“I could have bought my new camera and lens cheaper from Amazon. However, with a product as complex and costly as this, I wanted to get it right and to get the feel of the camera/lens combination before purchase. Being a newcomer to the world of DSLR, I also wanted expert advice. I got everything I needed from Calumet. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and I came away confident that I had made the right choice. I also value the possibility of consulting an expert if problems arise. The extra money is well worth it!”

“It never matters whether you are a first time buyer or buying with Calument for years, the service is always consistent. Great help from staff in all yours stores, great delivery services from online purchasing and great products. Also have the student membership that no one else does for photographers. Can never fault the company, just wish you had more stores closer to my location.”

“I've used Calumet for a number of years now. They've always been very helpful, offering great advice and sales/after sales service. Recently needed a couple of Sandisk Extreme Pro CF cards. Checked their prices online, very competitive. Could have had them delivered free of shipping but chose to collect in store instead. Could have been in and out in less than five minutes but Drummond Road were having a sale. On the counter were two manfrotto 035 clamps with spigots, £15.00 each - bargain, can't even get them on eBay at that price. Got an even better deal for buying both, result! Well happy, left within 15 minutes with two 32gb CF cards and two clamps - brilliant prices! Where else can you do this at these prices?! Couldn't recommend Culmet more highly. Oh, and check out their workshops at the Calumet Academy as well. Great range of excellent workshops by some of the Industry's best and biggest names in their field - again really well priced.”
