“Canon 17-340mm lens was smoothly well dealt in part exchange for a new one (16-30mm). Ross, the dealer of Drummond Street was polite and smart to give the clear instructions when to ask the questions. It is important to receive an understanding of satisfaction on what you want to buy.”

“This was my first ever visit to a Calumet store and it most certainly won't be my last. An excellent overall experience and served by very knowledgeable staff with no pressure or hard sell. I did a part exchange and to be honest wasn't expecting top prices, however I was pleasantly surprised and have no hesitation in recommending you try them first before going for a well known auction site.”

“Manfrotto products are always of high quality and Calumets web site makes choice easy as the images are very detailed and leave nothing to the imagination. Delivery was within two days and I have no complaints about that, great service”

“I was very impressed when I visited my local Calumet store. There was expert advice and knowledge available from staff who were friendly and knew exactly what they were talking about. An added bonus for me was that there were two other customers in the store at the same time as me, who were experienced photo- and videographers, and they were also able to offer useful advice to someone making their first DSLR purchase (me). I will definitely be going to Calumet again for any more purchases I may need.”

“I enjoy popping into Calumet in Glasgow on a fairly regular basis. I bought a 24-70mm f2.8 Canon lens from Sales Assistant Tommy together with a filter for the lens. I paid by card and everything was quickly processed and the items were bagged together with the receipt. The Glasgow store is spacious and everything is well displayed which allows you to browse comfortably and without hindrance. They also have a good seating area in the centre of the store to rest if the store is busy and you have to wait to be served, together with customer toilets which is somewhat unusual in a store of this size. All in all the service provided and the ambience of the store is excellent and I will be back.”

“Very helpful staff, I have started a camera club at work and discussed with Calumet about using their studio and to introduce yhrmselves to club members. Introduction was very well received, one member has joined as a student so teceives discounts and advice. Also great bargains furing the sales.”

“Always helpful, providing information and discussion to ensure the purchase was correct and compatible with existing kit, highlighting advantages and disadvantages of the chosen products and the competition. At the purchase stage the Cactus transceivers weren't in stock in Birmingham, stock was quickly located in Manchester and delivery promised for next day. As promised early next day the goods arrived. It would have been great if they had been in stock in Birmingham, but you can't hold all the stock in all the shops. A great Service!”

“It's not easy buying competitively priced film but Calumet stock is always well priced and with the student membership discount and free delivery, I rarely buy from anywhere else.. Well stored stock, fast delivery times, and really competitive pricing. Excellent.”
