“ON MY INITIAL VISIT TO PURCHASE A CANNON PRO ONE PRINTER ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED PROFESSIONALLY AND TO THE POINT. BUT A FEW WEEKS AFTER IT HAD ARRIVED I FOUND OUT THAT THE PRICE HAD DROPPED BY A £100.00 POUNDS .IT IS NOW EVIDENT TO ME AS A ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER OF CALUMET I NOW KNOW THAT I WAS THERE TO BE FLEECED.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“The Fuji XE2 camera body arrived on time. It was the cheapest I could find through internet. I already knew that it was a very good camera, at a reasonable price and of a convenient size, as I had bought it to replace my previous Fuji XE2, which had been stolen. During the week or two that I have been using the new camera, I have noted several improvements over the previous version and have encountered no problems.”

“I ordered two products that appeared to be intended to be used together. They were not compatible. Calumet staff noticed the potential problem and emailed me to check that I had ordered correctly. In fact, I wanted the order as it was as I was intending to use the incompatible components with old gear. I think this is excellent. Box shifters would never have noticed, or if they had, would have been very unlikely to take the trouble to make the check. Well done Calumet!”

“Calumet was always great. This time was no different. The equipment arrived on the promised day, wrapped tightly in a dense protective material. No damage, no bumps. The Wacom tablet that I ordered was in original, unmarked packaging and is brilliant to use. I can recommend Calumet as my favourite photographic retailer. Visit their stores! Only great people work there. Always ready to provide professional advice and never pushy with sales. Great service!”

“Quite simple your staff in the Glasgow shop are excellent and can always answer any questions you might ask. I have always found them very knowledgeable on all the makes that you stock and sell and the fact that I have changed my equipment from Canon to Fujifilm with excellent advice from staff and guided myself over the last year as I was looking for quality outfit but had to be lighter for carrying about when covering various events.”

“Having had an account for over 30 years, I was used to going into Drummond Street, to get my purchases, and dealing with staff, who I thought didn't really want to be there ( they wanted to be photographers themselves and had chips on their shoulders !! ) BUT in the last years things have improved enormously ! Also impressed with ordering on line, very impressive fast delivery on items I have purchased recently !”
