“My second hand Fuji X10 was sent out very quickly using a responsive courier company who were happy to change delivery day. The camera is in excellent condition with all the original bits and pieces, and the included leather Fuji case is a real bonus. The one year warranty gives piece of mind on second-hand goods. Overall a very good service.”

“Adrian Askew was my Calumet Contact and handled my order very promptly and professionally. He kept in touch by phone and email through to delivery and went the extra mile to get two of the items to me, that the couriers sent to the wrong depot, potentially delaying my urgent equipment order. I really appreciated Adrian's concern and terrific problem solving. My remaining items arrived bang on time. Thanks ! Please would you pass on my appreciation to Adrian. “The service I received recently at your Manchester Branch was friendly, efficient,professional and excellent in every way. Not only did they provide a report on a defective lens obtained from another supplier which enabled me to obtain a full refund but provided a replacement at a competitive price within my budget and with a 12 month guarantee. I am delighted with the service I received and will recommend Calumet to friends and colleagues and avail myself of their services in the future.”

“I ordered a dvd folio case and received an email to say that the packaging was damaged, I then called to rectify and was looked after by Jorge. He was great! Not only did he find me a replacement but he still managed to get it to me for the next day even though the cutoff time had passed! Big thanks to Jorge! The only thing that didn't work was the email, he had sent me an email which I couldn't reply to, perhaps the incoming mail server was down that day!”

“As a pro photographer shooting for international clients requirements can be a challenge. With great customer service and also a Canon represenitive working there 90% of my needs are met. I would highly recommend these guys there's not a lot Drummond street don't have - Ki Price.”

“When it comes to photographic equipment I will now only shop through Calumet. I have purchased kit all over the world, in many different stores, but never had such a pleasent experience when dealing with your Bristol store. I was studying photography 10+ years ago whilst working in Jessops and understand some of the trials you face on a day to day basis in this particular retail sector, the consistency of the Bristol branch is really second to none. On every occasion Andy, Jess and Steve have always gone the extra mile to find items last min, whilst offering the best price, warranties and always with a warm welcome and sincere interest in what I am up to. As my equipment continues to grow I always have faith in the teams knowledge and best advice. In the last year Bristol has helped me expand my kit with a Canon 1D, Profoto B1 kit, 2.8 24-70 & 70-200mm L lenses amount other bits. Although my bank account squirms I can always rest assured that my equipment is there to capture the moment thanks to the care and detail Bristol take for each sale. Looking forward to the next purchase with calumet be it a cleaning cloth, body or lens, I know the standard of the service will not change.”

“Popped in to the Wardour Street store to have a look at a SpiderHolster Pro I was considering buying. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock, but were quite happy to arrange for one to be delivered to the store. Called me two days later to say it was in, went along to 'try it on for size' (loved it, BTW) and bought it. The guys were very helpful, couldn't really fault them at all. Thank you!”
