“I'm impressed. Calumet are the only camera specialists I have been able to find in the Birmingham area who have been able to support my recent decision to move from Canon to the Fujifilm system. Not only have they been able to advise on bodies and lenses from what is obviously first-hand knowledge, they have also been able to obtain them quickly when they did not have them in stock and have known exactly which products to recommend to overcome a problem with off-camera flash. Their suggestions have been very helpful and I will certainly be buying from them again.”

“I visited Calumet in Manchester for my sensor to be cleaned; I received an excellent service and the short procedure gave me time to browse the store and buy other essential items. The store worker, George, was very helpful and courteous. I will certainly visit the store again.”

“Excellent advice and guidance. Couldn't fault the service in any way and the price on the lens was very competitive being less than 10% above some questionable online retailers who are less than forthcoming about where the product comes from and UK guarantees.”

“finally had some free time while in London so popped in to get another battery for the ID-X, got there at the right time, the store only had a couple of people in, straight to the counter and served, had to wait a couple of minutes for the battery to be collected from their delivery / store area as they came in the morning. during the wait had a look around the rest of the store. the service was fast prompt good banter from the staff”

“My purchase was made by telephone. The enquiry was dealt with politely and my questions answered professionally. The purchase, a Canon 24mm f 2.8 stm lens, was delivered free of charge the next day. All at a realistic price. Always a pleasure doing business with Calumet.”
