“Only ever use the Manchester branch but always good & efficient service plus good pricings and this stems from the recommendation of my son using them prior to his moving to Australia , and again I`m sure he would say he would say a very good service”

“I live in Fife, Scotland. This was my first purchase with Calumet and it couldn't have been more straight forward, i am an avid Amazon purchaser and tend to always lean their way but the value was better for the item i ordered with Calumet (Fuji X-Pro1 +free accessory). Glad i took the leap, i can't comment on customer service as nothign has gone wrong with my purchase. Thanks Stuart”

“As usual, my recent purchase of a Nikon Sb700 flash unit and Calumet soft box was a most pleasant experience due to the excellent service I received from the sales assistant. I prefer to make the 15 mile journey to the store so that I can actually see the Items I am buying before purchasing, and also because any questions I may have are always answered by people who are knowledgeable and keen to share their knowledge. This sort of service is all too rare these days.”

“Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who know their regulars by name. Competitive pricing (not always the cheapest, but still very competitive), and a good stock. If you want something and you want it now, Calumet’s the “go to” choice.”

“Irrespective of the product purchased (price or quantity) the service provided by the Staff at the Glasgow branch (Alan, Alex, Tommy, Don and Paul) is always personable, well informed and affable. You are made welcome upon entering the store (akin to 'Norm' making his entry into 'Cheers') and leave knowing that the same welcome awaits your next visit. Stock availability is never an issue - it is either in store or easily available with very little delay. Your problem rarely remains so when these guys go to work. It is a pleasure to know them and to shop at their branch. If every Calumet branch is the same, there must be a lot of happy satisfied customers.”
