“I like dealing with Calumet. The staff seem very helpful and like to put the customer at the core of everything they do. This was a simple transaction which saved me money on the product, and allowed me to buy something over the phone rather than a 30 mile round trip on Birmingham motorways. There are no mainstream photo / camera dealers in my area anymore, so I am grateful for the connection with a knowledgeable and professional team of friendly people. Once again I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!”

“I buy my professional lenses from Calumet because I know that the lenses are top quality with UK warranties.I have tried other sellers from Hong Kong and auction websites but the cheaper prices ment there where quality issues with the lenses.I had to send them back for refunds. I have had 4 Nikon lenses from Calumet and they have all been top quality, sharp and mechanically sound.The lenses are always delivered quick and well packed .I would not hesitate to buy from Calumet again.”

“Calumet Manchester, friendly knowledgeable staff who do know what they are talking about and they do offer alternatives, even if they cost less. They are looking for long term relationships with their customers not a quick sale.”

“Staff at Edinburgh were fantastic when I had a problem with my Nikon. They fast tracked it to Nikon for assessment then contacted me when they had an estimate. I needed my camera urgently and they managed to get it repaired and back to me before I left on an 8 week trip. Great service.”

“I have found the staff at Calumet particularly knowledgeable about equipment and how to use it. They offer I dependant advice and will always go the extra mile to assist you. I have outstanding service and found them a constant source of good advice. Calumet products are good value for money and are top quality often outstripping top brands. I personally feel the Northern Ireland store offers an outstanding personal service, nothing is too much trouble and they do what they say without being chased. If at all possible I will buy from Calumet every time.”

“John Fairclough, Fotographic Images. I have recently decided to upgrade certain parts of my Canon equipment and Caulmet Manchester not only gave me an excellent price but also a superb service. Perhaps more importantly, at the time of making my purchases I also took a client with me who wished to upgrade from using a bridge camera to a full blown DSLR, however my client had some rather strict health/weight limitations and Calumet where extremely accommodating. She finally chose a Canon 70D, appropriate "L" lenses and accessories. She is very happy, thank you Calumet. The total money spent by the two of us on that day was considerable, but this never phased the staff whatsoever. “I have always found all the staff at Calumet to be exceedingly helpful and prepared to answer any queries I have had. If on the very rare occasion, they did not immediately know the answer, they would find out and then come back to me. They can also give a hands on look at equipment before deciding to buy. This makes it far superior to just an internet supplier based purely on price and why we as photographers should always support Calumet, as losing that service element would be very regrettable.”
