“Calumet Edinburgh - The best staff and a great overall buying experience! John and Kat were very helpful throughout the process, allowing me to trial two cameras I was thinking of buying before making the final decision. “Calumet is highly professional and reliable. I buy both from their Drummond Street store and online and have always been 100% satisfied. You might sometimes find something cheaper elsewhere but I think it's worth paying extra for the quality guarantee and service. And, anyway. I've usually SAVED money by buying from Calumet.”

“Great service! I went in knowing more or less what my budget was and what I was after and I was given great advice from a Manfrotto agent as well as speedy service from Calumet staff. The store I frequent is Drummond Street in Euston and they are consistently knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Pre-ordered a Fuji X-Pro2 on 24 month interest free credit and there was a hiccup when the finance company sent me a contract that included interest (not what I ordered!). Emailed Calumet's Customer Support who responded within a couple of hours and sorted the problem instantly; first class service from them. Camera has duly arrived and for the record I have been a Nikon and Leica M user for 40 years, but this X-Pro2 is the best camera I have ever used. Love it! Would definitely buy from Calumet again.”

“I ordered three boxes of A3 paper on line and it promised next day delivery. Sure enough, they were delivered the next day. Interestingly, they were delivered by two different couriers - one delivering two boxes and the the other one box. I assume the boxes had come from different sources so some good co-ordinating by the Calumet sales team. Extremely satisfied.”
