“My telephone call was answered quickly, and my order for another batch of slide film was dealt with in a fast and efficient way. As stated, my films arrived the following day via FedEx. Excellent service and I will place further orders with Calumet.”

“The level of care on each occasion has been superb. During my last visit the young lady who saw to my inquiries and requests was very professional and attentive. Previous visits inclusive of this one demonstrate to me that the staff have a very clear knowledge of the products and services available. I had a lot I was asking about but it was handled quickly and precisely.”

“Over the last couple of weeks i bought a lens, a kit bag and a DSLR from Calumet in Belfast. The service was second to none, delivered promptly to Kilkenny and packaged so securely they could have been dropped out of an airplane and still would have arrived without a scratch. Well done lads.”

“I had tried to source an item from 2 other retailers before Calumet without success. Calumet came to the rescue with Alec at the Glasgow store coming up trumps! Well done Alec, well done Calumet! “Hi Neil at the soho shop sold us a Fuji XT1 kit!.......the man has a wealth of camera knowledge and a passion for photography that is infectious, people like Neil are hard to come by, your extremely lucky to have such an employee, its the reason why people return and recommend businesses when the people who deal with you are into what they're selling and not just painfully going through the motions as is mostly the case these days?! “In the past I ordered from Jessop or Amazon until I found the Calumet was available to in Bristol. I went in and spoke to a staff member called Andy about my photography needs and was very helpful. “I have had to give a 5 star review for this fantastic company. To start with I am based in the Scottish Borders and have been planning to launch a professional studio. This resulted in me having a lot of questions about: What lights do I choose? What do I all need? What stands are the best? And much much more Well for me I am a big be liver in testing what I want to buy. I had done some prior research which really helped me to understand what the salesman was advising and resulted in him getting a very good sale and customer for life. For me my local store is in Edinburgh and they have a studio to practice in with the lights to let you get the feel of them. Well after going through a few I knew that it had to be the profoto D1 500 w units with the magical Air Remote. Ti ended up getting very well built, heavy and steady C Stands. A Seconic 308 light meter that works with my nikon D810s low native ISO of 64. The salesman I dealt with was a guy called Ronnie who had endless patience and lots of knowledge. Because the lights I wanted were not in stock I asked if I could get all the equipment in one shipment. Not a problem. I even added to the shipment over the phone with no problems at all. These local stores make it a lot easier for the professional and consumer. Have a visit to one of there shops and look around. Have a nice face to face chat and get the answers you need.”
