“The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially at the Edinburgh branch. It's a nice well laid out store even if it is a little off the beaten track. Well stocked & if they don't have it they'll order for you. All in all a good shopping experience”

“As a previous customer I recently visited the Edinburgh shop to purchase a medium sized camera bag. From the first minute the two staff present were friendly and helpful answering my questions and offering advice. After being show several bags I chose a Manfrotto bag which was on special offer with 10% reduction. However the discount was not given at the check out because a long friendly chat with the two staff members and the discount was forgotten. I later phoned the shop and without hesitation they refunded my card with the 10% plus a bit extra discount for my trouble. Can't complain about that level of service. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“The staff were excellent the manager was really helpful the other two guys in edinburgh had all the time in the world for me no matter how stupid my questions were and as a result I spent over £1300”

“Calumet was a new company to me but had been highly recommended to me by a reputable photographic company. I was surprised and relieved by a friendly welcome by a member of staff who clearly knew his stuff but did not blind me with science but explained things to me in a way I would understand without being condescending. The range of products is excellent and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.”
