“The website was great, ordering and paying was very easy, but that's where the good service ended! I had to wait 10 weeks for my two Calumet brollies to arrive. Only one email explaining that there was a delay. I emailed and didn't receive a response. Brollies are great, but would really have expected some sort of apology! Very disappointed! :(”

“Thank you for your quick and efficient service. I was due to leave on holiday and my Canon telephoto lens auto-focus failed. You were able to arrange a return to Canon and get the lens fixed in little over 2 weeks and e-mail all along the way.. Now working better than ever!”

“The service was not what I would have expected and not up to usual Calumet standards. Having had to phone to chase the order, I was told that it was out of stock and on back order, despite showing as in stock when ordered. Several days later, the item was still showing as in stock, so when I phoned again, I was told the order must have been stuck in the system somewhere. Whilst I accept that these things happen, I was annoyed at being told the item was initially out of stock, when clearly it wasn't. However, apart from that, it was delivered promptly and DPD were excellent in keeping me informed of the scheduled delivery. So, pretty good generally, but room for improvement on customer information.”

“An extraordinarily frustrating and disappointing experience, you new security features were unable to recognise my particular circumstances and you therefore refused to deliver the goods. I therefore cancelled the order and placed it with an alternate supplier at the same price who delivered the goods within 48 hours to exactly the same address Calumet insisted was impossible.”

“I have used Calumet as a profesional Photographer sence 1985 when I opened my first Medical Photographic Department. The frendly, one to one service I encountered from the start has survived from the film cameras to the moderen Didital age we live with ! If I have a problem with producing images for a client, there is always someone there to point you in the right derection. If there is a problem with Calumet, it's the fact the local stores can not carry the stock to make it possable to collect a product on the day! Being a specalist busness, this hits me more than the adverage photographer in the commercial field. But there is no other supplier out there to match Calumet. Eighter on line or in the store, Calumet meets the needs of a moderan photographer. Long may it last!!”
