“The session was very well presented and it was good to meet with manufacturers representatives who really knew their products and could guide visitors through each item of their product range. Calumet staff were also very helpful indeed - top marks! It was on the CANON stand that I was persuaded to buy a CANON 7D. The reps persuasion together with the special offer for the day meant that I walked out with a 7D although my main reason for the visit was to look at printers as my present one is getting to be on its last legs! For future events at this site (Bristol) please try and arrange for better parking facilities”

“I couldn't find my guarantee period for my web purchased G-Tech G-DRIVE with Thunderbolt USB 3.0 - 3TB 7200 RPM External Hard Drive so I 'phoned up and got prompt and reassuring telephone confirmation that it is three years. Thank you.”

“I've said normal because the process of ordering was fine, but they could have been a little better with communication, I didn't receive an email to say it had been sent, so although it turned out the day I expected, I didn't know if it was even on its way. I found them through quidco and received £40 cashback, and I used their £50 off an accessory to get a Nikon battery for £9. I would use them again.”

“I can see that what would appear to have been a staff reduction has left the customer service side of things down a bit Having dealt with calumet for over 10 years I have seen a marked change. Whilst I am very happy with the products purchased, I found lack of product knowledge and lack of stock level knowledge a bit furstrating ,there was also no up selling and I found myself home with other items needed for the equipment bought, a knowledge of the products would have lead to more sales on the day rather than a follow up on line”

“Used by other camera club members, I decided to visit the Glasgow store to buy a lens for my full frame camera. The store is spacious and well laid out and staffed by knowledgeable staff, particularly in the shape of Alan & Tommy. My query was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner, which also displayed both persons love and knowledge for photography and it's complexities. I managed to get a great deal on my chosen lens, a 28-300mm Tamron, which does exactly what I wanted it to. Great service, nothing is ever too much trouble and a welcoming experience, that awaits all who visit. Well done to the Calumet Glasgow team. I shall be back for more in the future.”
