“The product was as expected, a Nikon 7100 to back up my Nikon D800. As with previous purchases the service was excellent. Item ordered over the phone and collected at stare in Birmingham. Staff very helpful as ever.”

“Due to Calumet's design fault on their battery design for the Canon Mark11 the staff were very accommodating by replacing the battery straight away. I do have one complaint which is more to do with the ethos of the firm & that is when I bought a Canon 5d mark111 the camera was clearly a faulty model. Firstly the camera had to be returned to Canon due to the colour temperature going awol. On top of this I mentioned that the camera was not synching properly with the flash. Firstly Calumet should have informed me from the outset that some mark 111's have encountered such problems & most importantly should have offered to replace this camera under the sale of goods act. The long & short of it is that I do feel I was misled or not informed of my consumer rights. So I have now sent the camera for a diagnostics if it transpires that the camera does indeed have a fault I shall be returning it & request an automatic replacement. Since I have been a loyal customer plus have spent thousands of pounds I think tho its the least I should expect. thank you Kind wishes Wilde Fry”

“The 5 section 7104 Calumet monopod and head seem to be great value. As a tall person I needed full height monopod but was was also compact when not in use. It handles a Canon 5D with vertical grip and 200mm lens providing a platform that can be trusted.”

“I would just like to say what good service I have had from Calumet there was a bit missing on the Lowpro toploader bag I ordered and the staff at Calumet did everything they could to identify the part and send it to me. It’s only when something goes wrong that you find out how good a company is and Calument was very professional and helpful.”

“I needed great customer service from Calumet, when a Nikon D800E I had bought from them went wrong within a few weeks. They worked tirelessly and rapidly to fix the problem, and when it proved impossible they sent a brand-new replacement without delay. They also allowed me to keep the D800 'loaner' they'd sent me, until I was 100% satisfied with how the replacement D800E was working. Overall, faultless, friendly and extremely professional customer service from Calumet. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be buying from them again. Andy Hiseman, Magic Hour Photo.”
