“I went to the Calumet Glasgow store to trade in my Nikon DSLR for a Fuji X-T1. The trade in process was very quick, and I received a fair price for the Nikon kit that I was trading in. I also benefited from a great promotion that Fujifilm were running at the time, which Tommy from the store made me fully aware of. From the moment I entered the store I was made very welcome by Tommy and his colleagues. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly at all times. I left with a brand new camera system, and a lasting impression of great customer service from the guys in the store. I would highly recommended purchasing any kit from these guys!”

“The level of customer care provided by the staff at the Edinburgh branch, specifically John and Jason, has been excellent. Although a couple of recently purchased items proved to be faulty (clearly not Calumet's fault), there was absolutely no problem in returning the items and sorting the issues out. Always courteous and polite, the Edinburgh staff prove that in this age of internet shopping, there is no substitute for a friendly welcome and assurance that the customer matters. John and Jason are clearly an asset to Calumet and I'd recommend potential customers visit the branch to experience the benefits of a bricks and mortar dealer over the "low prices but no one to turn to if things go wrong" approach of some grey market websites.”

“Having shopped with another company for over 30 years they were assured of most of my business. Unfortunately their staff seemed more interested in celebrating new years eve than selling the £2,000 worth of product I was enquiring about. When I was advised to try Calumet by a good friend a TV director and producer I have known for many years I found your staff at the Bristol branch to be very helpful. The advice and service I have received is excellent and if the product I want is not in stock I have always been offered the option of a home delivery or collect in store often on the next day. I will be replacing my second camera soon and look forward to making that purchase with Calumet. I like to be able to trade on a local level and hope you will keep a store in Bristol. One further point is I find the prices are competitive with other high street and on line retailers. Regards Phil”

“The reason why I use Calumet is the staff know about the things they sell as most are photographers themselves. This also gives a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service, certainly in Birmingham. They also understand the needs and pressures of a professional photographer more than many alternative suppliers. The knowledgeable service is one of the main plus points of Calumet coupled with the back up of the large supply chain that can get most things quickly.”
