“I have bought quite a few items from Calumet over the past few years because of the convenience (their Manchester branch is just over the road from where I work), the staff are helpful and friendly with a personal touch - not quite "Norm!" from Cheers but they know who I am - the prices are competitive and there is a wide selection of equipment that can be inspected much more easily than on a website. If equipment does need to be ordered it is there within a day or so and they let me know when it has arrived which is great. Their 0% interest deals from time to time are a great way to spread the costs of equipment and I have used them to buy a body and lens over the past couple of years All in all, if I do need anything photographic Calumet is the first place I check out and go to.”

“I ordered a Sony a6300 on Friday at 14:40 and sure enough, it arrived on Monday. Extremely happy with my purchase. Although the prices seem steep when you compare with grey-export sites/ebay/amazon, giving up the sense of security you feel when purchasing from Calumet isn't worth a 10% saving. I will happily purchase from Calumet again and again, knowing that the products are 100% genuine and have been treated with care until they are in my hands. As well as the fact that if I have any problems, I can pop into my local store.”

“Visited Drummond Street store after experiencing very poor service at another retailer in W1 who advertise a "fantastic new store in the heart of London". In contrast at Calumet I was served by James who proved to be knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me buy without me feeling that I was being sold too. The store is bright, spacious and well stocked. I can highly recommend both the store and James in particular.”
