“The staff at Calumet seem very uninterested in serving customers, allowing a line to build of 10-15 people, with several staff members standing around appearing to do very little. People need to be served more quickly.”

“I rated normal as average but here follows : Poor: I bought month ago a battery, a calumet branded battery for Nikon d800 you advertise it on line as the same as the original in terms of power but in reality is less. Good: I do hire stuff at Calumet and I am very happy”

“After extensive research we decided to purchase the Manfrotto products through Calumet online. The prices were very competitive, better than prices we found on Amazon, so we went ahead and ordered. Everything arrived well packaged and within a couple of days. We'd use the service again and can recommend it without reservations.”

“A totally professional service for professionals, as well as the enthusiast and those starting their careers in photography and video. Conscious of current financial constraints they will match the reputable on-line prices and they are there to discuss your needs and offer advice. I could easily use on-line only services, and indeed have in the past, but being able to go to a store adds a level of reassurance. “Having lugged around a DSLR + 3 lenses on my previous two visits to India, I decided that, for my forthcoming trip, I needed a bag to carry a Nikon D300S + 18-200mm Nikkor. The latter kit (with reversed lens hood) just fits perfectly in the Toploader Zoom 50 AW, once the velcro divider has been removed. A small internal pocket and a larger external pocket are sufficient for spare batteries, memory cards and filters. The bag has a comfortable strap + a carrying handle + a belt loop! As I expected from Lowepro, the bag is extremely well made. I would have been delighted with it at twice the price!”
