“I am more than pleased with the way that Calumet staff dealt with my service request (sensor cleaning) and with the way that they dealt with my information requests. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and able to articulate information effectively. Will definitely return next time I am ready to make a purchase. Highly recommended.”

“Having done some research online for an upgrade to my old DSLR, I was confused by the many options in a modern camera. Calumet to the rescue ! After a short visit, I received loads of advice, without any pressure to purchase, and the opportunity to get hands on with the items I was considering was a great bonus. Very knowledgeable and patient staff, with a great attitude towards customer service. Now that I have my new camera, I can't wait to pop back for advice on what to add next.”
