“I ordered a Nikon SB 910 speedlight over the phone on a Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday. Great service, friendly & helpful staff.. & the speedlight is first class. I will definitely do buisness with Calumet again!”

“I wanted to buy a tripod. No idea what I needed, did no research ( I could have been taken to the cleaners ) . I was not. Good Q and A by the sales person resulted I me getting the product at a price good for my budget and did all I now know I wanted”

“The staff at this store are friendly, and very knowable, the location is a little hard to find for the fist time , but there is ample parking once you know where the store is. I shall do more of my photographic shopping at this store in the future.”

“Goods delivered promptly. I have yet to fully evaluate the Pocketwizard Plus X kit but its looking good to date. The Manfrotto Arch rectangular plate is an excellent device for use with my MHXPRO 3 way head; a great combination!”

“Excellent customer support at 18:00 when called to check status of my order. They called me back having got in touch with the courier to let me know it had been dropped off with a neighbour. Wish I could remember the ladies name, she was Scottish.”

“A month ago I appeared at Calumet; asked for advice and went away with much to think about. Daniel had asked me questions about what I want from my photography, how I went about it and the problems I was meeting in trying to fulfil my hobby. Along the way many of my previous assumptions were challenged, worked through and dismissed. A month later I came back to buy (from Daniel) the camera that I had been 'advised' would meet my needs. Throughout the support, advice and open-ness was so refreshing, forthright and analytical. But why a month? I live in King's Lynn, being retired I no longer pass through London as I once did. I shall be back. Thank you”
