“I bought a new Nikon D3200 camera body. I ordered one day and it was delivered the next. The item was very competitively priced. I did have to phone the customer services to query something and the gentleman was very helpful. I will shop here again and can definitely recommend Calumet Photographic.”

“I was a first time SLR buyer and choose Calumet because it was the closest proper camera shop to where I live , and the prices offered were very competitive. I went to the Birmingham shop on a Saturday and dealt with a woman who's name I don't remember ... However she was the most lovley and helpfull person I could have wished for . She started by asking about my needs and my budget and showed me my options in regard to cameras, kits, lenses etc. She explained the differences between them all and offered her opinion on which one she thought suited me. I left with a Nikon D5300 kit and couldn't be happier. I havnt put it down since . I will most definitely be returning when I need advice and some upgrades . Thank you calumet.”

“The staff are always very helpful, very polite and very knowledgeable. They always answer my questions and are always happy to help. The product that I bought was very good value, I am very pleased with my purchase and I will go back there again. I would and have recommended Calumet to my friends”

“Hello, I'm Balazs. I always have a good feeling when I leave Calumet. Last time when I was there the guy was very kind to me. I ordered a new Canon lens and when we finished with the paper work he said: ,,Enjoy your new lens!" I think he knows how is that feels. I like that. Good service, well done. “With the almost total disappearance of camera shops from UK High Streets, how glad I am that Calumet survives, albeit, in Bristol, hidden away in a trading estate. Catering to professionals and enthusiasts, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is spacious, the stock is extensive including Calumet's own brand products which are generally very good. It's my photography shop of preference.”
